Near as I can tell , looks like maybe 1 of the 5 templates is is missing and a screw. 1960 The Singer Co. Great retro look, ...looks pratically new.

Google has informed me that a gender is required for this buttonholer,...a gender, seriously, they want a gender for it. Alright.
The gender of this buttonholer is a hybrid, probably mostly FEMALE !! because of the time period, but it could be a MALE if one was so inclined to sew 50 yrs. ago.
